Formed in 2019 Francis Construction Group is a throwback to an era when General Contractors self-performed significant portions of work and had the personnel and equipment to do so.
Francis self-performs excavation, concrete, select demolition, metal studs and drywall work and pursues subcontracting work just as enthusiastically as general contracting.
Francis is signatory to the Carpenters, Laborers and Operating Engineers Local 150 and has successfully hired and sponsored six individuals from the communities in which it works, into the aforementioned unions, in less than twelve months.
Francis is a certified MBE and DBE firm located in the City of Chicago.
