kitchen are Chef Nikitas Pyrgis, hailing from La Guérite in Cannes; plus, Chef Partner
Athinagoras Kostakos, formerly of Alain Ducasse in Monaco and Partner in both
DineAmic’s LÝRA and VIOLÍ concepts.
