Guild Row is a private event space beautifully nestled in the Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood. Spanning across 12,000 square feet of light-filled indoor and outdoor space, our campus’ high ceilings and open layout make our venue endlessly flexible and able to accommodate a wide variety of event needs. Each room boasts award-winning architectural features, contemporary material textures, hand-hewn reclaimed wood details, and bold steel structure that buttresses the preserved historic brick walls. Also home to Chicago’s favorite neighborhood social club & coworking space for those who give a damn, Guild Row is the perfect venue for your DNC 2024 event!
We are easily accessible from McCormick Place via I-90, located minutes from exit 46B, and can host events up to 299 people. We have AV capabilities, tables/chairs on-site for use, and offer full bar, catering, and event planning services upon request.
