Frontier

Located in Noble Square/West Town in Chicago is a gastro pub with a full service bar. We focus on signature whole animal service such as pig, alligator, boar, goat, and large group dining. Chef Brian Jupiter, semi-finalist for the James Beard Awards created a menu from the Frontier: smoked meats, foraged vegetables & hearty sides. The focus is on wild game such as wild boar, camel, antelope, fish and venison. A rustic space that features a private lounge, an all-weather Beer Garden with a cozy fireplace, dining room and outdoor patio. Frontier will take you out of your comfort zone and give you a taste of eating and drinking on the edge of civilization, where nature dictates what’s on the menu.
