Twisted Eggroll a catering service that approaches the thought of the traditional egg roll with an infused spin established in January 2015. Flavors consist of but are not limited to: buffalo chicken, cheesesteak, and apple cheesecake. Owner, Nikkita Randle, has been featured on CBS, NBC, and worked catering events for Empire, Chicago Fire, The Chi, and Wrigleyville. She is the 2022 recipient of the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund and Midwest Dairy Pitch competition. Randle has expanded into a frozen consumer packaged goods product that are currently in local Chicagoland stores and a 134 store nationwide deal with Sprouts. She is committed to Twisted Eggroll becoming a household name one freezer at a time.
