It received recognition as a Woman Business Enterprise by the SBA and WBENC in April 2021. Tina Luppino proudly owns and operates The AV Firm, holding 100% of the shares of this privately held company.
The driving force behind establishing this company was to revolutionize how people engage with their AV providers. Our objective is to partner with our clients, fostering relationships and utilizing a strategic approach to manage their business in a relatable manner. We are dedicated to enhancing transparency, making it simpler for them to comprehend where they can genuinely find value in their AV budget.
The list below outlines the services we offer, where we collaborate with you to provide guidance, empowering you to make informed decisions about your event:
• Collaborate and create a technical set design according to the event theme
• Provide CAD drawings for technical design and Fire Marshall planning
• Manage on-site execution from load-in, set, rehearsals, run of show & load-out of AV production
• Provide all audio-visual equipment necessary including but not limited to audio, video, lighting, staging, and all staff for onsite execution & production
• Provide all LED & digital signage throughout the host venue with appropriate content
• Provide cameras & crew for IMAG & post production footage
• Provide equipment for Zoom, ASL, & Closed Captioning Services
• Recommend & provide additional decorative staging elements according to set creation & ideation
• Provide equipment requested by entertainment riders
• Broker & manage IATSE union labor if required in the venue
• Provide all secondary equipment and labor
• Facilitate rigging, power drop needs & load-in/room supervisors with the venue
