We make tamales using fresh ground masa (from Tortilleria El Rey in Chicago. We do a variety of traditional tamales such as red pork and green chicken. We also get very creative and love changing it up.
TamalesPlus began as a side hustle in 2020. It became a real business in 2021 and has been very well received where we go. It is possible, by the time of the convention – we will have a 2nd truck or trailer.
