Show Crew Chicago provides union labor consultation, budgeting, crewing services, on-site labor coordination and payroll services for Event Production. We provide a personalized service for clients that extends from the proposal and pre-production phase all the way through to the show load-out.
Pre-event technical specifications and schedules are carefully reviewed in order to apply our seasoned knowledge of venue union jurisdictions. We then develop a comprehensive crewing plan that illustrates proposed positions, schedules and costs for your union crewing requirements. Our budgeting system allows us to easily update estimates as technical or timeline changes are made pre-show. We can provide on-site labor coordination handling all check-in, new employee onboarding and call changes required. As the employer of record we take care of all payroll taxes, benefit payments and insurance. All costs for our services are rolled into our labor rates.
