In 2017, PRO EM Party & Event Rentals acquired both Partytime-HDO Operations. Partytime-HDO Operations previously in Niles, Illinois is a well-known provider of tenting, flooring, lighting and fabric design for sporting events, corporate functions and weddings. Universal Resource Supply, LLC/SoCal Tents & Events (URS), a Los Angeles-based event rental company specializing in concerts, galas, and government work.
In 2022 PRO EM, acquired Kirby Rentals in Orlando. Founded in 1946, Kirby Rentals has earned a distinguished reputation as one of the Southeast region’s top event service providers. This acquisition increased our diversity of assets and services, and expanded our geographic footprint, to better serve our customer base in the southeast region.
The PRO EM National Event Services brand of the PRO EM, Partytime-HDO Operations, URS and Kirby is one of the largest event companies in the United States with enormous product inventories, an incredible menu of services, and a nationwide footprint of events and operations. Thanks to the complementary seasonality of events, PRO EM has tremendous flexibility in deploying both product and staffing resources.
