NG Distillery is a craft, minority-owned distillery, tasting room, and event venue (opening summer 2024) in Thornton, IL. Wouldn’t it be nice to sit and have your favorite cocktail after walking through the distillery where you will learn how it is created? The NG Distillery small-batch spirits distillery is inspired by my Caribbean heritage and coupled with American ingenuity and modern production techniques. The goal is to create well-crafted, premium, small-batch spirits that can be enjoyed in a relaxing venue. We produce Vodka, Gin, Rum, Bourbon and Single Malt Whiskey. Our size allows us to be flexible and also produce custom products for specific events.
