Monk’s Pub

Monk’s Pub derived its name from a monastery where the owner visited one summer as a young boy. Impressed with his stay, he thought to himself if I ever own a public house, I’m going to call it Monk’s! May of 1978, his boyhood dream became a reality when he acquired a public house in Chicago and called it Monk’s Pub.
