Apart from offering only the highest quality coffee, what also sets us apart is that we work directly with small-scale farmers in Kenya to source our coffee beans and roast in Chicago. These farmers are the cornerstones of their communities so we want to ensure that they get a fair price for what they do and that their communities’ benefit as a result. When you sip that cup of coffee you are not just supporting a small business in your local community, you are touching lives in your global community as well.
We offer freshly roasted beans, Loose leaf Tea and a fine selection of handcrafted Coffee and Tea beverages using local ingredients from our farmers markets. We also offer Mandazi, a traditional style beignet in different flavors, cardamom, Coconut or Ginger. This treat is a family recipe from our mother, Mama Lee.
