Joe Moore served 28 years as an Alderman (City Council Member) in Chicago, and has been a DNC Executive Committee Member, Convention Delegate and a Democratic Committeeman. Barbara Served as the Executive Director of the DNC Constituency organization “Democratic Municipal Officials” for twelve years. We know Chicago and we know Democratic Conventions.
