Good Times Brewery was founded in June 2023 with a strong understanding that a neighborhood brewery and restaurant would serve our community well. Our ownership are long-time area residents and local business owners (Pancake Café and AJI) who believe that Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood deserves a unique space where all people feel welcome to eat, drink, and have fun together. Located on bustling North Broadway Avenue, we are steps away from Lake Michigan and Chicago’s historic Boystown (Northalsted), home to one of the largest LGBT communities in the Midwestern U.S.
With over 10,000 square feet of space, Good Times features its own brewery, three bars, multiple semi-private and private areas, and the ability to accommodate up to 350 guests. Our combined commercial kitchen space allows us to offer bespoke menus that can include breakfast comfort foods, elevated bar fare, or an unparalleled omakase sushi experience (our restaurant, AJI, is also available for intimate private events).
Ultimately, our goal is to provide our neighbors and those visiting from elsewhere with delicious food and drink in a pleasant and welcoming environment while celebrating our neighborhood’s rich and diverse history.
