Chicago Compass Counseling, LLC (CCC) is a group counseling and organizational consultation practice dedicated to serving the family system through inclusive, evidence-based behavior change counseling and educational opportunities that serve our larger community. As a certified Chicago Minority and Woman-owned Business (M/WBE) and a certified Women/Minority-Owned Business (WMBE) in the State of Illinois, we provide in-service training to employees and organizations (NIGP 92435) as well as a range of services that promote mental health, including vocational training (NIGP 95262).
To date, we have worked with more than 60 organizations as trainers and consultants to support diverse organizational goals. Our small and nimble team of trainers works collaboratively to ensure organizations receive deliverables consistent with their objectives. All members of our team receive extensive training and ongoing support to honor our commitment to institutional antiracism. We are committed to being stewards of our community.
