We are 4-Star Green Restaurant certified (the highest rating), one of only two caterers in the nation that are 4-star green certified. We cared about sustainability long before it was the trendy thing to do and have executed zero waste events for major headliners like the NFL Draft, Lollapalooza, University events, as well as thousands of other corporate and social events.
