Bumbu Roux is a full service catering company and food truck specializing in Indonesian and Creole foods, but able to accommodate a range of cuisines. Our classic and innovative menu is inspired by recipes passed down through generations—Indonesian from Chef Chris Reed’s mother, and Creole from his father. Bumbu Roux is the longest running, and still one of the only, businesses serving Indonesian cuisine in the city of Chicago.
