K + P Advisory, LLC is a local certified Women’s Business Enterprise with a proven record of success on complex projects
Chicago, IL – Today, the Chicago 2024 Host Committee and Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC) announced the selection of K + P Advisory, LLC to serve as owner’s representative for the Democratic National Convention. The owner’s representative serves as the in-house expert on design, construction, and event contracting and works as a part of the larger team responsible for preparing the United Center and its surroundings.
K + P Advisory, LLC, led by Ayse Kalaycioglu and Anthony Pascente, is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the City of Chicago, DuPage County, the State of Illinois, and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Kalaycioglu and Pascente have over 50 years combined infrastructure, owner’s representation, project management, and public policy experience with the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois, and both nonprofit and private sector clients.
K + P Advisory’s work will also be supported by a diverse Chicago-based team including SQN Associates, a certified minority- and woman-owned business, Rodriguez Media Communication, a certified minority- and woman-owned business, and The Concord Group, a small business enterprise.

The women-led team was selected for their experience with overseeing large-scale projects, tracking and managing diverse spending, and their incorporation of a paid-internship program that will engage neighboring west side communities in the Convention process.
K + P Advisory, LLC is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) in Illinois, as well as an Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The Host Committee and DNCC evaluated bids for owner’s representative based on numerous criteria, including but not limited to: experience, reliability, costs, relationships to Chicago and the surrounding region, participation of union labor, women, minorities, veterans, and persons with disabilities.
