Chefs Marcos Campos, Shannah Primiano and Erwin Mallet craft quality versions of well-known dishes from Italy to Turkey and beyond, balancing nostalgia with modern cooking techniques. From an open wood-fired kitchen they pair the freshest local ingredients, prime dry-aged beef, artisanal pastas, and flavorsome spices to create delicious, familiar dishes. Ideal for semi privaet and private events from 15 – 400 guests.
