Contributions to Development Now for Chicago are not deductible as charitable contributions on a contributor’s federal income tax return. Contributions may be deductible as trade or business expenses if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the contributor’s business. We encourage contributors to seek guidance from legal and tax professionals regarding their specific tax circumstances.

Development Now for Chicago is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Development Now for Chicago does not accept contributions from foreign nationals/foreign entities (with the exception of lawful permanent residents of the United States) or from minors under the age of 18.
